Abhinav cofounded Universal Assuretech with a vision to overcome the challenges in micro insurance hugely burdened with information asymmetry.

Abhinav brings in 25 years of global experience in IT and telecommunications at the top management in USA, Europe, Africa and Asia. He started off his career in the mid 90s with the advent of GSM mobile revolution.

After working with mobile operators, he contributed to the institutionalization of the mobile industry to bring about the regulatory and technology standardization critical for the viability of mobile operations in various jurisdictions.

Having worked extensively with Governments, regulators and multilateral institutions globally, Abhinav truly feels that an open and accessible ICT bridge between the service providers and the customers is the only solution to address the unserved and the underserved.
