Kenneth has been in the Commercial Insurance business since the early 80s when global trade and economic development was booming. He has been a leading figure in the insurance market in the UAE and has led several successful insurance businesses including HSBC Insurance Brokers and Insure Direct (Brokers).

Under Ken’s leadership, Insure Direct was nominated by Euromoney as the ‘Best Broker Middle East’ in 2009 and by MENA Insurance Review ‘Best Commercial Lines Broker of the Year’ for 3 consecutive years in 2010, 2011, and 2012. In 2014 and 2015, Insure Direct won MENA Insurance Review ‘Most Innovative Broker of the Year’.

Towards the end of 2016, after spending over three decades in the Insurance Broking Industry, Kenneth decided to launch a new business consultancy venture and formed Refpoint Business Consultants.

Kenneth brings with him a network of positive business relationships that comprise not only leading carriers and key entities in the Insurance Industry, but also larger government and public organisations across the MENA region.
